It would be better if you would add an option:

so that people need not use multiple email IDs to sign in.with different names.
Hence we use the same email address but can change the way the name gets displayed.

Educate the reps & techs aout the geographical location of places in the USA.
Scenario: A customer had asked for a Phone service in Virginia, the rep had given a number for VA Richmond instead of VA Middlesex, that had resulted in over charge..
Hence List out similar places located in different locations and circulate them among the reps and techs so that when customers mention the names of the places , let the reps go ahead to verify where it is actually located.

Dell can Invite the above said manufacturers to have their research Xclusively conducted with "Dell Systems & Software" (Dell accessories/ monitors/ touch screens/ tablet / biometrics software & other software)
Manufacturers can conduct Pilot projects with Dell systems and software
Phd research / Internship programs can be conducted in such labs
Once Dell systems get accustomed with the research deals....It will surely be a big draw
The cabin of aircraft, ship, automobiles etc will have the Dell systems and software suitable enough to be implemented and available to the market

The customer needs to be educated in a lay man english and properly instructed "to avoid clicking such Phisings"
- Phishing is a modus operandi where in a customer gets an e-mail that deceptively claims to be from a particular enterprise (like your Bank) and asking for account sensitive information.
- Phishing is a spoofed e-mail that closely resembles the Bank notices. The mail aims to convince customers to divulge account sensitive information such as Credit Card Numbers, Passwords and PINs, Bank Account Details etc..
- These Phishing mails have a legitimate-looking URL or an image, which when clicked directs the affected user to the Phishing site where in the account sensitive details are captured.
- Alternatively, sometimes the customer is asked to download and install "Security" software attached to the spam e-mail and doing so by the customer, the scamster can retrieve all the account related details.
Especially when dealing with financial dealings/ emails.

- The Marketers need to accomplish all the necessary data with vital importance
- To become a Online Marketer an eligibility needs to be fixed, their way of working to be scrutinized

- Grow Teak Sandal wood, Bamboo...Oak, Pine, Rosewood a good source of economic income
- To start with, start planting in small lots
- Make sure that a wide mass of land is cleared from weeds, so that the pilot batch- small lots can be saved from forest fires
- Invite Botanists and get the idea from the local farming community to check if there are plants and trees that induce forest fire
- Outburst of Pollen may cause forest fire.
- Let the lay out be a well maintained and neatly trimmed forest area
- Check with Environmental Insurance schemes
- Involve the local community to safe guard the lots
- There should be a few kilometers gap between the Organization's area of forest and the natural forest as a barrier for the forest fire
-Clear up dried grass for upto several kilometers because it spreads the fire fast.

Say for eg: William, the alternate name would be "Bill"
Mostly customer's use their alternate names as signature while sending an Email. It will be easy to pull up their profile

This is for the Dell Corporate Quality department.
Display a good quote/ defnition for the Dell Corporate Quality on the website as well. Right now there is a display on corporate governance...will it not be good to add a DCQ quote on that site as well?
This is for the "Internal" Dell Corporate Quality Norms:
- A good definiton properly and legally framed is a good advantage
- it can be used while documenting records for the commission or for the government
- Strategies for Dell Corporate Quality department can be listed out as a document
- These set of Dell corporate quality strategies, can be extended to the employees so as to educate them on the values and principles of Dell, so that they maintain it.
Will this not help?....;)
