Advertise Graphics RAM correctly Advertising and Marketing submitted by joffe100 04/20/07 **UNDER REVIEW**
When we say we want to buy a 512Mb graphics card we really do want a 512Mb graphics card - not 512Mb with 256mb physical memory with 256mb shared! This is really BAD and misleading advertising - you do not see other RAM memory being sold 1Gb (512Mb physical, 512Mb shared!) Matte (NOT TrueLife) Display on XPS m1330 Monitors and Displays, XPS products submitted by mw 06/27/07 **UNDER REVIEW**
The XPS m1330 seems to be the perfect machine, aside from a few imperfections (no Gigabit Ethernet, for example). However, there is one feature that is an absolute dealbreaker for me--the glossy TrueLife screen. I remember the day before the shiny screens, and what a beautiful day that was. This issue has been ignored by Dell, and other manufactures for far too long. I was hoping the issue had been addressed with the new M1330 laptop I just bought, but it has not. Are there any plans for a Blu-Ray drive in the M1330 laptop. It's the only reason i haven't bought one. And why is there an HDMI out with no high-def drive? Transparent Carbon coated 17" Touch Tablet Notebook Accessories (Keyboards, etc.), Monitors and Displays, Laptops submitted by reg 06/18/07

Think of how many gamers would buy an XPS 1330 if we changed the single end digit to a 7? The 1337 would be a hotcake seller. Especially if we upgraded the video card to one with 256 onboard video memory and the future (maybe 6 months from now) bigger solid state hard drive! Think of the possibilities! "My computer is 1337! I loves the 1337! Sell ink cartridges at local retail Printers and Ink, Sales Strategies submitted by guardianxps 02/21/07 **IMPLEMENTED**
So, for convenience and ease of access, can Dell sell ink cartridges through local retail stores? I realize Dell is an online store; and not suggesting you stop the online part, but also make it available through retail stores. Considering weather or other natural occurrences, and the latest discomfort from DHL leaving the ink cartridges on the door just to be stolen gets annoying. Why split it up into 4 different shopping carts (home, small business, etc)? I still don't know how it works. 1/2 my products go into one cart, 1/2 my orders go into the other, possibly depending on where I was browsing from. I find myself many, many times in dark or poorly lit environments having to guess the various keys - would be fantastic to have a backlit keyboard - with backlit individual keys as the best option. track my votes
