I dont necessarily think the 1210 should be continued, but I know a lot of people like the 12 inch option. The previous post just asks for a student discount, which i know exists already. My proposal is to advertise and promote the student discount on a large scale. based on this site alone, a lot of people don't even know it exists. if not advertising it, at least make it easy to get to the discounts from the dell.com home page. 8 Comments » XPS, New Inspiron Laptop/Desktop Commercials Advertising and Marketing, Education, Desktops and Laptops submitted by gatorbay 07/03/07 I work as a Campus Representative for Dell at the University of Florida, as well as an advertising major at UF. A lot of the students, parents, etc. are not as familiar with Dell products as they are with companies such as HP due to advertising. With the new XPS m1330 and the redesigned Inspirons, now would be a perfect time for an edgy Marcom campaign to go along with the edgy look and feel of the new products. Most people I speak with prefer the Dell brand over others, they just do not know what products are available to them. 5 Comments » |
