Since so much volume gets shipped through the likes of DHL, UPS, FedEx because of the Dell direct model, wouldn't it be wise to partner with them to become greener, maybe a special fleet of biodiesel trucks for the Dell products? or only use Virgin airlines who is committing to be green (I think). drop DHL as a shipping courier Service and Support submitted by hrabak 06/01/07 I suggest that Dell drop DHL as their overnight shipping courier. I have been generally unsatisfied with their service to my workplace in the past, but this week was the icing on the cake. I'm very pleased with how Dell went above and beyond to resolve the situation, even refunding my shipping fee, but DHL's terrible service was unexplainable and inexcusable. This transaction has raised my opinion of Dell, but lowered my already low opinion of DHL. Though I would love to give Dell my business in the future, if it means waiting a week for an overnight package to arrive, I would consider shopping elsewhere, at least when I'm in a hurry.
