Participate in the product design process! Dell is using IdeaStorm to decide between two new product design concepts. Vote on your favorite and weigh in to tell us what you think. When we unveiled the XPS 710 H2C at CES this year, we also uncovered it. There were a limited number of systems sprinkled throughout the show floor that had a clear side panel allowing easy viewing of the patent-pending two-stage H2C liquid cooling system. Since then, more than a few people have suggested we offer a “panel with a view” as an option for our XPS 710 line. Now we need you to vote for one of these two options and, most importantly, share some reasons why you like it. This “Now You Decide” vote campaign will be open from Wednesday, April 25 to Friday, May 11. The design that gets the most votes will be featured in a future generation of XPS gaming desktops. Check out the latest Idea in Action on the new XPS 730. 108 Comments » Gaming, XPS products submitted by dell_admin1 04/25/07

Dell's recent axing of their Axim product line left a tear or two in the eyes of many. The well-loved PDA was a favorite, revered for its simple design, powerful processor, and thoughtful feature set. It looks like Dell may have a trick up its sleeve, however, as Taiwan manufacturer Quanta has revealed that it has been contracted to work on an upcoming Dell smartphone device. Codenamed "Fly," this handset will reportedly feature a full QWERTY keyboard, HSDPA, and more, all running atop Windows Mobile 6 Professional. You sneaky devils. Provide OS upgrades for X30 PDA Dell Web Site submitted by rileyowner 02/19/07 You have an abundance of Axim X30 PDAs out there, but even though they have the power to run the latest version of Window Mobil 5, you are not supporting your customers by providing an upgrade path for the. Provide an upgrade at least to this version of the OS. 2 Comments » Accessories (Keyboards, etc.), Broadband and Mobility submitted by sjorge 04/27/07 **REVIEWED**
My Axim x51v is great but WM6 would make it better. Accessories (Keyboards, etc.) submitted by newdoughboy 04/25/07 I just got my Axim and it still is the best PPC out there, so I think it would be the right thing to do. 1. I'd like to see a WM6 upgrade to the Axim X51v. SDHC firmware update for dell axim pda's Accessories (Keyboards, etc.) submitted by simpsonsfan 04/03/07 **REVIEWED**
Currently, dell axim pdas are limited to 2GB SD cards. A simple firmware update to add SDHC support would allow 8GB+ cards to be used with them. Dell Axim X51v Windows Mobile 6 UPGRADE Accessories (Keyboards, etc.) submitted by wickedlyslick 02/21/07 **REVIEWED**

The world leading x51v WM5 device is only now being bettered by HTC's future "Advantage” PDA / Smartphone matching the Axim 624 MHz power etc 2 years after the party started by Dell's forward thinking product! Accessories (Keyboards, etc.) submitted by gautam 02/16/07 The Dell Axim PDA is not super-popular, but I think if it moved into the SmartPhone realm (especially in order to compete with upcoming iPhone) then it could pick up some market-share and be a great device for US cell phone providers. 92 Comments » Accessories (Keyboards, etc.) submitted by cherdman 04/25/07 **REVIEWED**
Converged devices are too restrictive! I want my cell and PDA seperate! I love the Axim line and have been a staunch supporter for years. I'm sad to see it die. Accessories (Keyboards, etc.) submitted by newdoughboy 04/25/07 Love it and would buy dell again if new axim is continued 6 Comments » track my votes
