Dell Premier configuration update

We are using the Dell Premier portal for quite a while. Using several standard client configurations.
Sometimes a specific part (hardware or software) of the configuration isn't available.
This will make the complete configuration invisible within the portal. Not knowing for us why.

It should be very helpfull for us that the configuration remains visible within the portal. A status update should be attached, which tells us the configuration will change.
