Dell should create a monitor/desktop with a touchscreen interface that responds well and is relatively cheap.

    I totally agree. I have an Inspiron 11 touchscreen and the touchpad is very unreliable. I have set the mouse settings to thw slowest but the cusor just takes off all over the screen and hover is so fast I cannot control it. It just starts opening windows and programs like crazy. When I load the 2013 version from ST Microelectronics I get a little control panel with settings but Windows updates the driver and the control thing goes away. This machine was made in late 2014. Hey Dell it's 2 years later and you haven't updated the driver. If you read the text file from ST it was updated for Windows 8 in 2013 as a sort of prototype.
