Tech support in retail stores

As a dell customer I find that I often have issues with Dell customer service.  It would be extremely helpful to me if Dell provided tech support in retail locations where Dell is sold.  It is easier to bring my computer to a person who can diagnosis the problem and tell me how much it is going to cost me to fix it.  This would avoid the issue of trying to communicate the issue over the phone or chatting with someone online that cannot actually look at my computer.
