Work with Google and Canonical to create a Google Drive client for Ubuntu

Recently Google announced the availability of Google Drive for Microsoft Windows and Apple OSX. This is a great tools for synchronization of documents and files in your Google Docs account down to your local machine.
Unfortunately, at this time there is not an official Linux client for Google Drive.
It would be great to see Dell take a leadership role in spearheading a project to create such a client and offer it as part of Project Sputnik.
