Do you hate having to tell your kids your password to log onto the computer if your not home to log in yourself

My ideas would make parents and kids lives easier when you the computer. 
My idea is having an app on your phone that allows you as a parents or computer owner let them sign into there computer at home by typing into there smartphone the password.
1.It allows kids to need to know the password.
2.Parents don't always need to change the password
3.parets will know who's using the computer at all times in a way because they have to ask to use
4.there won't need to e many separate accounts taking up storage.
5. Makes parents happy makes kids happy.

    Then, why wouldn't the parent just tell their children what the password is?  Too, if a child forgot the password, why couldn't the parent simply use a cellphone to text the password to the child?  If a child has unfettered use of the computer, what is the purpose of a password?  Most parents use a password to keep the children from using a computer unattended.
