rotate to + move task bar location on screen

Hi, 
since my xt3 laptop screen is width screen , I put the taskbar on the side ( to have max area to use,
but when I rotate it 90 or 270 deg , I want it to be on the buttom ( again for the same reason)

pls make it happen , that when I rotate my screen , the taskbar moves automatically

p.s.
fix the 180 rotate on dell xt3 screen driver !!!

    Just got a Lenovo X230T because I've heard of too many issues with the XT3. I agree with the display issues you've described, plus have a few concerns of my own.

    Firstly, it's screen should have good viewing angles if I'm going to be using it in different orientations as a tablet, or sharing with others. A non-IPS screen is a bad idea. Second, please break whatever contract you've signed with N-Trig and go to Wacom for the stylus/digitzer. Finally, hurry up and update to Ivy Bridge! If there's something new coming with Windows 8, you should have advertised it, because I'm tired of waiting and have jumped ship. I'll be back next year, and hopefully there's several Windows 8 devices with great screens and stylus for writing.
