Consider different desktop environments

Please consider adding or changing the Unity DE with other more productive Desktop Enviroments like KDE, XFCE, or Cinnamon.

    Mate, XFCE, or cinnamon by default please. At the very least please replace unity with gnome 3.

    As it is a dev system, Unity is fine, if ur a dev, chances are u can reinstall linux in whatever flavour you want, but as it is an Ubuntu dev system, i think the default unity flavour should be emphasised.

    The by the way is to just make sure the drivers and utilities are compatibile with the other major flavours, Kubu, Xubu, The rumoured, Gbuntu (Ubuntu with Gnome default).
