There should be different keyboards available for when buying a notebook.

 

For example, the Dell Alienware have much better options in US, but I'm not american. Why can't I buy my Alienware from Dell.com, but with the keyboard set to my native language?

Every language there's some different characters that makes our keyboards unique. I would like to buy the notebook the way I want, event if it takes longer.
