Lithium ion batteries are good but overheating is a major concern. Because the battery catches fire causing personal injury to user, i have concept idea to eliminate overheating.  Lithium ions is a metal and salt binds to metal so using granular himalayan salt, hemp fibers, and charcoal ashes with binders. Acacia gum, turmeric and citric acid combing the three heat resistant additives mentioned in previous sentence with lithium ions will eliminate overheating.

    if you mean the capacity to hold a charge my answer is no,  but with two different opinions only one way to find out. Have a engineer lab develop the battery on a computer technical data is the first step to determine if the battery will loose capacity. Need to know number of labs that can perform the task plus labor cost.
