I believe that the American Legion would be a great place to donate out of production / surplus parts and tools test equipment and the such to give returning warriors a op to learn a trade that will always be available that is Technician for pc / laptops you could also help facilitate where Dell employees might donate some time to help with the structuring of such a program.
