I am a professional videographer who edits with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. I need a computer with a big power supply, an Nvidia video board with LOTS of CUDA engines, and Windows 7 Pro. Too bad Dell does NOT sell this computer! Dell is whining about tables taking away their sales. When I need a REAL computer to do REAL work and Dell WON'T build it, PERHAPS, just PERHAPS that is the reason I and the rest of the world are NOT buying Dell Computers. How about a laptop with these same specs?
Just a thought. If Dell builds what the customer needs, the customer MIGHT be a customer!

Dimitrios - I would say that currently that kind of system isn't feasable for several reasons. All three items (size, specs and price) are effected by each other. If you want thin, you have to adjust the specs so you can adequitely cool the system. If you want specs, you have to make a thicker system and the cost will also be greater on those specs. If you want cheap, you may have to skimp on specs, size and/or materials to get there. Never say never though as things change over time. Then again by the time that kind of system is feasable, your ideal will most likely change as well. :pOct 4, 2012 Comment Link
