Voice sortware option

My idea is to make the voice actived software an option when purchasing a computer.  I had an arm injury and had a hard time typing, and whe all of your classes are online that is an issue.  my son bought me voice activiated software and headphones to use.  It was a lot of trouble and calling to get it to work.  I think this option  being available would be useful.

    just to info: voice software (voice to text text to voice adm) is a part of Windows for DECADES! now -.-
    Windows XP Free downlodable pack open for years now
    Windows Vista Implemented
    Windows 7 implemented
    Windows 8 implemented

    The Problem is that  Windows is mostly underrated
    be costumers that haw no clue abaut Windows and the Pc they are using
    sad but its tru -.-
