There are many laptops that cannot be customise to the user requirement.
Like my country INDIA,we cannot customise a single laptops;they are already cutomised by dell.
Example: I am buying Inspiron 14z.I want 8 gb ddr3,1tb hdd,amd 2 gb ddr3.
                  but they are giving a combination of a configuration,which may not what user wants!
Dell is also giving laptop bags,I think That should be made optional,not compulsary.
Dell should allow to customise a laptop to the User's requirement and vary the price by thing included.

Nothing should be made compulsory or forced on some one.
Dell should Also launch some new laptops but not remove the old laptops then only.
As i heard recently that Dell is also going to provide Open source Operating system as optional.
