My idea is deisgn new technical support tool work over internet connection it combined the benifites in  VMWARE, TeamViewer & DELL Support Center softwares for DELL Laptops, PS's, Workstation, Storage & Servers (i.e. Using the benifites of VMWARE (Virtualization) & TeamViewer (Remote Access) & Finally DELL Support Center (Custum or default hardware test )).
