I am both a Dell and Macbook owner.
One of the cool features I enjoy on my Mac is something called "spaces." Basically, you are allowed several numer of desktops to interchange between on the same computer. This prevents screens from getting cramped and allows more organization for the user. Rather than clicking on the bottome line of open applications to pull up pages, clicking on the application brings you to the space it is already open in, free from the clutter of your other applications. You can have your web browser in one space, word document in another and an excel spreadheet in a third. You can switch between each space using your directional pad and makes for a much more organized experience.
I constantly find myself lost on my own computer screen with all the documents I have opened at one time. This technology could help solve the confusion.
Thanks for listening!

Thanks for the idea aml621. By the way, if you search the Web for "windows virtual desktop" you'll find dozens of programs that provide this functionality for Windows-based machines. Some are free, others are shareware.Sep 13, 2012 Comment Link

I guess your idea is for Dell to create a program that provides a similar environment?
