Satisfaction with a Studio: Mission Impossible
My idea is that everyone who purchased a Dell Studio Laptop should get their money back or a replacement computer that works at least a week past the expiration of the warranty. What a piece of garbage. I have had my Studio for nearly 2 years, and it has been one problem after another. It's been shipped back to Dell three times this year for repairs. Complete misery! I paid a small fortune for this thing, and 90% of the time I would be better off with an abacus. Dell should be ashamed of the product first and foremost and be willing to make it right to the customer. I am sure my idea won't be taken seriously, but I intend to tell everyone I know how unsatisfied I am with Dell, their product, service, and lack of integrity in standing behind a product they put their name. Ignore me. Go ahead. We will all eventually go away anyway never to return at the rate our computers are falling apart. I give mine about 6 more months, and that's being extremely optimistic. Shame, shame, shame. All I wanted was a quality computer that was reliable. The laugh is on me. For your consideration.
