This new Win 7 PC come without the reinstallation disk for MS Office Home & Student 2010,
Dell Music Stage, Mac a fee, Intel  Graphic Tray, Intel Antitheft Technology   and other software that was preinstall in the PC.

If the user choose to upgrade to Win 8 Home Premium, he may loose all these valuable Dell and Intel Software.

To overcome this problem. I would suggest that Dell to redirect the user to a special web page after the Win 8 upgrade to reinstall these softwarea or additional software for Win 8 PC at no charge.

This could enhance the customer’s satisfaction for owning a new Dell PC with Win 8 Upgrade.
