A true DJ/Music Producer Portable Marvel - Dell XPS DJ Pro

  • Dell XPS + Beats by Dre + Ableton Producer version
  • Dell XPS + Beats by Dre + MixVibes DJ Version

A great partnership with popular brands + a high quality portable computer system designed by Dell makes what´s missing in the market.

It could be advertised spotting David Guetta, Skrillex, Etc.

Computer Specs:
Regular Dell XPS specifications just adding premium Audio components + Adapters.

Have you noticed that people really don´t care to pay a high price tag for a High Quality product?
People keep thinking that Macs are best for Audio etc, and I won’t blame them, MAC OS used to be good for that, but have you tried Lion or any latest MAC OS lately?

Windows 7 is fairly good handling high quality Audio, of course the good combination in hardware and software makes the magic.

This is my Idea and I'll kindly ask for your support!

Speaking of which, it'd be nice to see Dell continue to offer higher end audio hardware in their notebooks, especially the Alienwares. I was happy to see the Recon3Di in my M14x. It was really a pleasant surprise.
I don't feel a need to ask for gilded jacks, but I believe the next step is an amplifier, even if it's a digital one.

First a disclaimer that the following is my own personal opinion.

If you really want to debate good sound, one could argue that there is more involved that just the speakers or headset.  There is the quality of the actual sound itself (compressed, uncompressed, live or recorded), the amp and any processing involved to contend with as well.  As a home theater kind of guy, my tastes may differ from the next but it does not mean that I do not know what good sound is.  I may find a set up as sounding muddy but to another person it may sound like a live symphony.

OK, back to my moderator voice:

I don't have a problem with debating personal preference, I would simply prefer that everyone be civil while doing so.  It is very easy to go negative and it is hard to guage a person's true intent in written form on a site such as this.  I'm simply asking for a little restraint so the other side doesn't feel like they will be attacked if they respond to defend their views. :)

@ Cy_J - yes, I'm aware of this, but anyone who's told me they thought Beats were good, were utterly blown away by cheaper alternatives that I recommend, if they would be bothered to try, that were not as big-name-branded. It's kind of like ... well, not the best comparison, the iOS vs (insert Android Device here) arguments.

Beats in general just have muddy middles, bloated bass, lacking treble and a very blotched sound with a ... thick veil over the sound. I admit that I am partial to a mildly V-shaped sound with an emphasis to the treble, but I can't really say I find any love for Beats at all in everytime I've listened to them. They sound ... only a tenth the price they charge.

The Klipsch speakers in the M14x, those are good stuff. I personally own an Altec Lansing 2.1 speaker set, which is more than half a decade old, audio.technica ATH-M50s (the anniversary edition - this is by no means a perfect, hi-fi monitor, but it's a great example of a pair of high quality headphones that far surpass the Beats for the price) as well as my most commonly used Sony XBA-3 in-earphones (tri-armature based). I don't think I'm the greatest audiophile out there, but I'm certainly more discerning than the usual customer.

lol beats are good? Go try some sennheiser HD 800's then maybe you'll know what good headphones are. Beats are garbage and over priced i could easily make a working clone of a pair of beats headphones

Sorry salanos, I don't agree with your statement.  Everyone has a different ear when it comes to what they consider good sound.  Some like more highs, other's like the lows and it is more of a personal preference.  Perhaps you could explain your own views on what good sound is and push the conversation in a positive direction.  :)

I'm all for good audio, but if you want good sound, flocking to Beats tells me you don't know what good sound is.
