1. When a customer orders a computer, ask about his/her language and include warranty and safety brochures only in that language, instead of packing multiple pages in several languages.

2. Include an illustrated owner's manual in shipment for the computer model being shipped. Or, at least, place an illustrated, more detailed owner's manual for the most recent model on your website. E.g. the current "Owner's Manual" for XPS  One 2710 is in fact a Service Manual for computer technicians or a small number of users who want and can dig into the computer to handle its components.

    i think that your idea has some credit to it. But thinking on at a business stand point here, I'm not sure if that would be a good move on Dell's part as it would take more time for them to figure out exactly what preference of language that customer has, and then there would be a bunch of mix ups and such. I find it's easier just to keep it multi-language.
