Hi,

Thank you for the Inspiron 660S Slim Tower that helps to save space and easy to carry it along for servicing.
Nevertheless there some areas of weakness in the design as listed below:

1. The USB Ports are too congested, this create difficulty to insert the device connection when all the ports are utilised. Wireless Broadband modem that is larger has prevented the usage of the port above it. Plugging and unplugging of devices is more difficult.

Suggestion for improvement: - make the ports more space out or make the casing slightly thicker or higher.
 

1. The ejection button of the DVD drive is hidden below the plastic casing. At first the user has a hard time to look for the button. Furthermore  it is not responsive to light push. The user needs to push very hard to eject or close it. The ejection and closing is noisy are there is a plastic covering that serve as a “door” of the drive.

Suggestion for improvement:Future design should have the button exposed and without and the plastic door at the DVD drive as in the mini tower models
 

1. There door that covers the ports at next to the DVD drive is not necessary as it does not look good and tidy when the ports are in used as the door was half open.

Suggestion for improvement: - To eliminate the plastic covering at the front of the PC, let the ports and other connectors exposed.
 
That’s all my product feedback and review. I hope that it is useful for Dell to have a better design of the slim tower PC models in the future. The slim tower design should make the user more comfortable and more confident in using it.
