jervis961 - good idea - but I will be keeping the lightning rod blank for at least another week while we get caught up on some site issues, then we'll do what you suggested.
Man I don't even know if thebittersea even comes here anymore. Give him a few days to comment it is his idea, I'm not up on all the wiki stuff like some of the others.
dell_admin1 since there is nothing in the lightning bolt section or whatever it is called can you post a link to this since Dell is asking for more input? it will show that even the old ideas are being looked at and may help things around here.
Yes, the Linux wiki posted above is one of our wiki initiatives. We have another at www.delltechcenter.com. We are in the process of standardizing on a single wiki platform which will be completed this fall. After completion, we will be launching other wiki initiatives both internal, to improve our own collaboration, and external, to allow the knowledge of our customers to be shared.
Other than the Linux, Enterprise and Support areas, where else might you find wikis useful?
you would think they would let you in on the info. Goes back to the idea of Dell needing to give you a raise for having to deal with us on things that are not your fault.
