Beep sound improvement

Dear sir/madam
As a hearing impaired person who cannot tell the source of direction of sound, I often feel very annoyed when I am in an environment where various hardware/software issue beep sounds. It makes me feel paranoid and wonder what the warning or beep means or where it is from. As such, I wonder if in the future you can have customized option for beeps and default the beeps to a short spoken meaningful word so it puts me in more comfort and ease with less stress.

    Beep codes usually have accompanying light flashes from the on/off button.  If you can tell me what Dell pc`s you have, I wil find and post the codes for you.
