SOLID LAPTOP TO MOVE AROUND (CASING)
Laptop is suppose to be a portable personal computer. Due to some lackings, travelling with it is affecting the laptop's performance. I found that this is something to with the casing of the laptop. The following pictures reveal the imbalance of the casing when closed fully.
The slight gap (apx. 2.5mm) on the left side causes damaged or shifted parts in the screen which later results the display to be less perfect or to be precise, there is no perfect angle for a clear view anymore.
Solutions that I've been through:
They've tried replacing bezel, bottom case, and after all that the whole casing but nothing changes. Finally, I get a whole unit replacement.
The same problem occured after several months. Which means this has something to do with the design of the casing. I suggest a design of a solid laptop that closes properly. Nothing to comment for the bottom case, but the top case and bezel should be solid. Another bonus would be the screen should be firm even when it is flipped upwards. (most laptop screen, when flipped upward are not firm when there is mild wind)
