if the display resolution is 1600 x 1200
then the backlight arrays need to haw 1600 x 1200 too

if a pixel is off the backlight pixel is off too

Having per-pixel lighting would still likely be extremely expensive, even if it were to be a plain white LED backlight for every pixel with tried-and-true LCD technology. There are already monitors and televisions incorporating local dimming technology, but most of these have only a few dimming locations - none have the two million LEDs you'd like.

Having a single LED for every pixel is extremely expensive. Have you seen the price of OLED displays? Those have a single, color-changing organic light emitting diode for every single pixel. They're easily ten times as expensive.
And the more I read your posts the more I get a headache from your English.
