More transparency concerning the voting process

It would be very helpful for the image of the platform if Dell explains how points are generated and distributed. A user manual or a "general information sector" somewhere on the platform where the voting system is made transparent would be great.

    Thanks for asking about points crowdy89.  When someone votes for your idea you receive a point.  Since you automatically vote for your own ideas when you post them you receive 1 point just for posting an idea.  If your idea is eventually implemented or partially implemented by Dell you are awarded a 500 point bonus.
