We have custom-designed the first totally automated system to RECYCLE "Used Beverage Containers" (UBC) in the entire world! It will be the first system privately owned & operated in the world under computer control. As a result, it will cost local government and TAXPAYERS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
We have lifted the RECYCLING of UBC out from the stores that sell the products and transferred this function to our 1,000 planned "Buy Back/Recycling Centers" throughout Texas! These will be individual free-standing steel/aluminum fabricated buildings constructed from kits made by SteelMaster Building Systems in Virginia Beach, VA for on-site assembly by a ten-man crew within ten hours. They will house the sophisticated, state-of-the-art, latest technical equipment to automatically split open plastic bags of UBC, flatten them, weigh them, magnetically separate aluminum & steel cans, process two types of plastic bottles separately, crush glass bottles separately and create weight tickets and "Cash Due Tickets" for recyclers to take to local super markets to redeem for cash! All of this is done automatically on average in less than ten minutes per customer for average amount of UBC (approximately 100 UBC per plastic bag). ALL UNDER TOTAL COMPUTER CONTROL!!!

The BB/RC will be 75' wide by 150' deep, and will be constructed of Quonset Hut style of arched roofs that require no inside posts to support the roofs similar to airplane hangers. As such, the inside area is totally open to house the automated equipment in the front half of the buildings and the back half is used to store flattened/crushed UBC for later pickup by 53'tractor/trailers once or twice a month for delivery to our three huge CPP, each of which that will be longer than two professional football fields (800' long by 200'wide). And will be so highly automated that they can be self-service operatons for the tractor/trailer drivers and their helpers, 3 shifts per day. seven days per week as needed.

AGAIN, our-custom designed system has the lowest cost operation with the highest throughput rate in the entire world!!!

The system will have a guaranteed yearly income of more than $1.8 BILLION DOLLARS from the ten-cent refundable deposit on the more than 16 BILLION individual containers sold plus another more then $200 MILLION DOLLARS per year for aluminum cans sold on the LIBOR Metal Exchange (London, Interbank, Overnight Rate).

Our estimated infrastructure cost estimate from budgetary quotes from as many as nine different vendors who are leaders in their field is $300 MILLION DOLLARS including real estate estimates.

I have 14,000 man-hours invested in brainstorming sessions with representatives from: IBM, H-P, INTEL, AMPEX, POLAROID, AMERICAN MICROSYSTEMS, & DATA DISC (the inventor of the Instant Replay for Sports events).

The system is designed on the "Extended, Producer, Responsibility" (EPR) Principle, or the "Polluter, Pays, Principle", which originally introduced in the Swedish Ministry of the Interior in 1990, and is used extensively throughout Europe and Canada in the computer and electronics industries whereby the manufacturer includes the cost of keeping the packaging out of the environment in it's original pricing of the product. DELL HAS A PROGRAM WITH "GOODWILL INDUSTRIES" THAT IS PRESENTLY IN FORCE. H-P has a similar program to pick up recycled computers and peripherals with UPS!

I have a four-page WHITE-PAPER that I can send to your U.S. Postal Address that describes  our Proprietary, Custom-Designed System in great detail that will answer most, if not all, questions that you may have!

I would also like to send you my CONFIDENTIAL letter that I sent to the following Senator and Representative in the House of Representatives for your perusal, information and study. They are the two Legislators that submitted the following "Botttle Bills" on March 3, 2011.
Senator Rodney Ellis, SB 1119 (Houston District)
Representative Garnet Copeland (Houston District).

My letters to them request that they include updates to their Bills that follow Michigan State's "Bottle Bill" that has a ten-cent refundable deposit that consistently attains a yearly recycle rate for UBC of over 95% since it's inception in 1978.....for example, last year it was 97.5% recycle rate!!!

As a result, we will guarantee a yearly recycle rate for our Proprietary automated system of 95%. Also, the state of Michigan reimburses retailers and authorized drop off sites 3.5 cents per deposit refund for a handling & processing fee, whereas our system does not cost the government anything because our system will be privately owned & operated! MY WHITE-PAPER EXPLAINS HOW OUR TEN-CENT DEPOSIT REFUND IS DISTRIBUTED.

I strongly believe that DELL COMPUTER SYSTEMS will be the best company to custom-design   our integrated information and communication system to replace ALL paper memos and documents and replacde it with an electronics video type of display system such as Ethernet and Cloud Computing. In addition, I much prefer to use the Linux  open source, free software that can be purchased on a monthly subscription from Red Hat Software who has an office in Dallas, Texas.

Thank you in advanc for your consideration and cooperation on my request!

Are you trying to give Dell your idea to produce such a system?
