My idea is Alienware give Alienware Users a premium service and premium upgradeable optinal than other alienware product, because Alienware M18X R2 is the most expensive and the most powerfull than other Alienware Laptop. Alienware Users also get a member card which contain a ID Number and it can use as get a premium service and premium upgrade or for entering Alienware Event.

    With my XPS M1710 I got access to Dells dedicated XPS support. With AW you're just another customer and just as likely to end up with 1st level support in Ind*a.

    Support the idea of dedicated support for AW owners. Pay premium price --> get premium support

    I do not support this. What about a guy who bought the minimum konfiguration compared with someone who purchased the M17xR4 with the highest components and pays more than for the M18xR2?!
