Wireless Surround Sounds Speakers

The concept of 5.1 Surround Sound speakers has been around for quite some time. The problem is that virtually no one has their home office or bedroom "pre-wired" for these speakers and you end up with wires running all over the room, or worse, only connecting the Center, Sub and Front Speakers to avoid the cable mess.

What if Dell made some high-end wireless surround speakers. I would pay upwards of $300 - $400 for great looking, great performing wireless speakers for my home office.

Features:

  • High-end sound, something comparable with top-end Yamaha, Creative, etc.
  • Wireless that does not interfear with WiFi, Mobile phone and other common wireless devices
  • Wall-mountable and good looking

Clearly I did not think this one through. Wireless for the sound connection would be great, 5 less wires, however as @Dimitrios points out there is still the issue of power. Clearly we need to invent wireless power conduction, Nikola Tesla where are you now?
