How about sellling Dell products at stores like Best Buy, Circuit City, Staples, Frys etc and also on online stores like newegg, buy.com etc.
I would like to see them there as it would give me a first hand feel of how my desktop or notebook will look like.

Merged CommentWhy not remove the kiosks that are in many of the mall's around the US (sorry guys and gals in other countries, I don't know about your situation) and replace them with small stores...almost like Gateway had before they were bought by eMachine. I think that would make their bussiness grow exponentially considering I work for one of the big box stores and have this question all the time, "Where can I buy Dell?, do you sell dell?" These stores could also be service depot's and shipping and recieving centers for customers systems. Basic layout, have mid range systems or those systems with standard configurations available instore, along with the ability to completely customise and build a system. Face to face contact makes consumers more comfortable most of the time.
