The most important idea EVER for the Outlet: international shipping!

The title says everything, really. I can see no reason for Dell to avoid international shipping from its Outlet websites. In particular, it kills me that the UK outlet has systems I would love to buy, that can be shipped to anywhere in the EU for a low price (because there are no custom taxes), but I cannot buy them because I'm not in the UK.

Therefore, my proposal is:

1) Outlet UK should ship internationally, at least within the EU. Outlet US should ship for North and South America. Ideally, Dell would have only one Outlet website which ships to (almost) anywhere in the world.
2) Shipping costs would, ideally, be free for the buyer if the system cost is above a certain value, but it's also OK for the user to pay for shipping.
3) When a system is shipped internationally, the warranty is automatically transferred to the destination country if applicable.
4) For a price, Dell can also ship a keyboard in a new language. The user is responsible for replacing the keyboard, and pays only for the extra keyboard. Alternatively, he can pay Dell Support to replace the keyboard.
