dell is improving the support website which is '' www.support.dell.com" it has got solutions for your every need in day to day life related to dell system and many more, but would request to make it more user friendly.

    yes something simila, i got this idea when i was seeing my father surfing the internet as he understands english but sometimes finds it hard to read and the fontsize is also very small, so if their is some audio guides like in IVR it will be much easy to select options which are very useful, we will also land up in buying right products or find right solutions.

    like in my previous orginasation we had an option in on website wich says "ask ema" similarly if we have and option to ask and get our responses quickly it would be more better, or some voice commands to guide us in the page.
