Power To Choose (More) OS & Browser

As a PC customer I would appreciate some more options for OS on a Dell beyond the current offerings. The customer wil really have the Power To Do More given they have the choice of (up to date) OS & aligned browser. For example it would be awesome to have the choice of Chrome OS and Browser when configuring my system.
