Offer a smaller Dell Studio Laptop

I was amazed when I saw Dell Studio Laptop via advertisement.  However, when I took a closer look at a retailer, I found that Dell Studio 15 is very big and heavy.  The design is nice, but the laptop seems to be very very large.

I suggest that Dell Studio could offer 14.1 or 13.3 inch screen instead of 15.4.  Besides, I hope that the numeric keypad on the right hand side could be eliminated to save space.  The numeric keypad will increase the size of laptop only.

I sincerely hope that my idea could be taken into consideration.  Thanks!

Yes, WinOffice... as we've hashed out.  But your needless negation of an option of a 13.3 incher necessitated another idea... had you simply wanted a smaller laptop and advocated for a 14 incher - as I believe most people would have done - then others could simply agree with your 'smaller' point and advocate for their choice - 12.1, 13.3 or whatever.  You caused the need by 'disallowing' a smaller type others clearly want.

I agree that the details are somewhat different (this idea saying that 13"/14" are both OK, my idea stating specifically that it must be 14"). But the main idea--to offer a smaller size Studio notebook--is the same.

Your text needlessly negating the possibility of a 13 incher as compared to this one allowing the possibility of a 13 incher means that there is not a duplication in reality or practice - they are indeed different and I'm personally pleased that this one allowed the flexibility.

I made the claim that it was a duplicate because both ideas request a smaller size Studio notebook.

Not true re duplication, Edovel...  WinOffice is just plain wrong * sigh *.  Since (s)he very specifically wanted no 13.3" (and - LOL - said it had better NOT be, here), there was no duplication.  And then - while he complains to others that it's his idea while trying to negate even the possibility of a 13 incher in his/her idea, (s)he has the gall to say it MUST be a 14 incher in your idea!  Control-freak, much?

But glad that you clarified that you didn't intend replacing the 15.4 - the variety's great, IMO.

I was sorry if I duplicated the idea of the link as suggested as Winoffice.  I should rephase the sentence "offer 15.4, 14.1, 13.3 inch of Dell Studio Laptop".

As per Dika... why in heck "instead of 15.4", as opposed to "in addition to 15.4"?  But I disagree with WinOffice and have no idea what his problem seems to be with 13 inchers - that's an ideal balance of full-size KB (cramped on a 12.1") and low size.  13.3" is best, from my POV.

    why instead of 15.4?
Leave the 15.4 and make a new 13.3 incher

Oh, and it had better NOT be a 13 incher again. It MUST be a 14 incher!
