There's talk about tablets such as the iPad to take over the PC or desktop computing, but I don't think so. Tablets are obviously mobile devices, but don't have the advantages of the desktop. A desktop PC can always be upgraded as one desires - add more RAM, HDDs, graphic cards and monitors.
So I've come up with this idea which Dell can work together with AMD to develop Super Desktops for gamers, researchers, animators and 3D graphic designers. It's a Multi-Core x 8 CPU. Here's a diagram explaining my idea. I know it will create a lot of heat so I've found this that may help. A fan that is at least 30 times more efficient at cooling than traditional heatsink and fans from Sandia National Labs.
