AIO 780 USFF rear USB ports

I find quite often I cannot deploy systems using the 780-USFF All In One Stands because there aren't enough USB ports available.  Even with the 2 built into the monitors we don't have enough.  Plus that looks tacky IMO.  I really wish it had a built in USB hub, or even just pass through usb cables, in the back of the stand next to the ethernet/power plugs. The PC has 5 usb in the back of it, and we can only make use of one and that goes to the hub built into the monitor.  Is there anyway DELL could redisign the stand to have usb pass through cables or a hub?  It would make it an excellent AIO unit!  Two or even four ports would be amazing!  I love the stands and the ease of moving users setups when things change (users are always moving in a hospital).

Thank you for the additional feedback.  I'm glad that the All in One may be an alternative but also appreciate the use examples you gave.  They really help understand the issue you are having.

also to clarify... the stands do allow you to pass the mouse/keyboard cables through the space below the tower... i would do this if i wasn't constantly replacing keyboards/mice and moving users... with the users that don't have a bunch of usb items, if the keyboard/mouse dies or they move locations... all i have to do is unplug and off i go... i don't have to worry about dropping the peripherals or getting them all tangled up during a move... i just unplug and move the pc with keyboard/mouse in the other hand... this is even more convenient when i'm moving more than one user at one time... really difficult to juggle 2 sets of keyboards and mice still attached to the towers... i guess from someones point of view who hasn't had to do multiple moves or keyboard/mouse replacements, this will seem a bit "nit picky"... i just think it'd be more convenient to have additional usb ports on the back of the stand... lol

indeed i did see the new opti 9010... but i haven't researched enough on it... any idea how many usb ports?  how accessible are the hdd/memory?  is it possible to get them with corded mice/keyboards (large risk of items being stolen here in a hospital).  The big reason i'm not so pursuaded toward using those is if the system fails, i have to replace the whole thing... right now, if a mobo fails, or system craps out for unknown reasons... all i do is setup a new tower and go swap it in... i won't have wasted components and it's a lot easier to carry a USFF than a 20+ inch AIO unit... lol  i would be willing to try them out, but i don't know if they have enough ports for us... plus i'd need to find out the price... its definitely something i'll be looking into..
