The M11x looks to be a superb machine, though I'd like to suggest the next refresh of the line should include NVIDIA's Optimus Technology.

We agree. NVIDIA's Optimus technology has been incorporated into the 2nd and 3rd generation of the M11x. You can find the 3rd iteration here: http://www.dell.com/us/p/alienware-m11x-r3/pd.aspx
