The channel loves Dell but does Dell consider the resellers? Not really... still a very direct model.

Our biggest competitor on Dell has always been Dell.

If you have the choice : buy from Dell direct of from a reseller, why would you buy from the reseller ?
The only way that could make you engage with a reseller, would be if Dell wouldn't give you that choice.
Of course guys it's human lots of strech and preasure from people inside feeling that they could be useless and thinking that their Boss would think that they have nothing else to do...
If that was the case suddenly everything in the Dell model would be simple and so Dellicious!
