INCUBATOR is a service company that it provides to all the colleges that are its members. We are creating a platform or a link between its members so that they can interact and thus bring every college at the same level because we believe that every student has the same intellect and it’s just a matter of exposure that differentiates students and not their colleges.
 
 We also create a link between our members and the companies which are in contact with us, thus creating internship and placement opportunities for the student of different colleges.

The idea proposes to bring together various groups of the same interests. We make sure students know about the various activities taking place so that students don’t miss them. We will also provide a website based on a social experience where students or clubs could share their experiences and discuss their problems. The related companies could come to know about the research work that the students are doing and provide them with the necessary funding which is generally a problem for most researchers.

What is the need?
There is no link or communication channel among students, having similar interests, in different colleges. Either there are hierarchical issues or the social or geographical barriers. Having said that we accept that this is the age of internet and social networking, but it has its own limitations. Social networking is limited to friends and most of the time it has a lot of false claims which can be misguiding to students and to community in general.
Our business provides a platform to make an assured link, where we will be responsible about the authenticity of the activities happening in the registered groups of various member colleges. We aim at creating a pool of students who think similarly and creating a place for them in the industry and acting as an interface that is easy to access and has information about what is happening in other colleges so that students remain informed and do not miss out on any opportunities.

What we’ll do
 
The organization will have certain rules, guidelines and targets that the various groups will have to fulfill, failing which their membership/recognition by our organization might cease.
 
Our Guidelines will define
·        The no. of members the club will have
·        The no of meetings they would conduct
·        The various projects and assignments they’ll submit in a session.
·        Keeping the organization informed about any event taking place in their college. 

E.g. Robotic Club of BITS Pilani has 200 members and it holds a meeting every fortnightly. It has its objectives set for a following session. The let us assume another college say Thapar University. It also has a similar robotics club but say 50 members and it is just at starting phase. So what our organization is doing is that it shows the Thapar Club a pathway to follow. At the same time it sets targets for both the clubs to achieve. Obviously, since both the organizations differ in man force capabilities so the targets would also be different. Now the BITS Pilani group can help the Thapar Group to structure itself. Members from the groups can act as mentors to help an increased communications. The groups can have meetings, seminar and group solving sessions to foster development and innovation.
Then we also plan to include many organizations which can fund the individual or group researches.
 
We are creating a database of various companies linked to the specific activities. The companies can judge the various projects that the groups will submit to us and thus we could declare winners annually thereby proving them with the funds on their projects. Thus we will be able to create internship possibilities for members.
