Any modern browser has spellcheck built in. They detect html text input and text areas and underline when you make a mistake. Unfortunately whoever chose this comment box implementation for Dell IS2 didn't think of this when they used a hidden input to pass the data and a bunch of JavaScript to draw the control.
If you want to cheat the system, when you finish typing your comment. Select All, Ctrl X (Cut), then right click on the control and select Paste, this gives you a chance to paste your text into a standard textarea and your browser gets to do its job and show corrections.
Considering the context of this website, Dell should fix this. Otherwise, all these bright ideas are going to have poor dim witted comments :)
