I can always find what I need so do not do anything with it! Please also do not make it international wide, because inventory will stay empty always.

    If the Outlet is made international, there are more buyers, but there are more systems available as well because Dell can sell systems that were returned/repaired in other countries.

    Overall, it would increase the variety of systems available at the Outlet and make it accessible to people from other countries. I cannot see a downside.
