I have bought Dell computers for the last 10 or 11 years.  ALL my computers are Dell.  I have tried every model and make of computer and they all end up boat anchors in side of a year except Dells.  This brings me to my current problem.  I don't have the abiltiy to go and pay cash retail for my computers (on a fixed income) so I have been buying them through Aarons rentals.  I am a preferred customer there.  They have recently stopped carrying Dell computers due to the fact that Dell won't stand behind them without a major fight.  Hence, I am not going to be able to get anymore Dells due to this fact.  I have bought close to 30K of Dell products in the last 11 years and maybe more.  I prefer the towers and you can have your all in one because I will NEVER buy another.  I bought one with the touch screen feature.  It is too limited and I will also never use the Cloud.  I will keep my data in MY control.   There are many many others who feel the same as I do.  If I am unable to get Dells at Aarons then I won't be able to buy anymore new computers.  I will have to go back to building my own.  I am in a small town and Aaron's is the only place left to buy a computer here.  I believe they still carry HP but that is like watching a snail run.  My Dell is 20 times faster than any HP I have ever seen or used and more reliable too.  Please look into this and see what you can do to help out.
