There is a recurring problem going on at Dell.com when you want to buy a Software Download. It would advertise the software "Usually Ships: via email link within 30 minutes". Upon adding to Cart and checking out, it asks for a SHIPPING ADDRESS when it's download. Then it wants you choose between these SHIPPING OPTIONS:

3-5 Business Days $0.00   
2 Business Days $0.00   
Next Business Day $0.00   

which should not be included anymore since it should be sent in 30 minutes!

The worst part is when the email does not arrrive in the allotted time. There have been customers who have received it later in the day or days after ordering with no sufficient reason as to why. CUSTOMER SERVICE has no means for resending the email link either.

Please redesign the site to inform the appropriate timeframe or warnings on delay and to remove the Shipping Address and Shipping Options. Billing Address I believe is okay. Also, to make a way for resending email links IMMEDIATELY, customers need them urgently.  Thank you.
