Develop a software application that helps battery recharge for mobile phones without plugging in jack pluggin recharge wire. When we run the software, it should have the capability to recharge the mobile phone fully.

    There is no software method by which a mobile phone can be recharged without connection to a computer or power adapter.  Wireless charging (ie. induction) is expensive to implement, and it would be unrelated to software.

    Are you suggesting that running a program would charge the battery or are you discussing using wireless charging?
