The vastro v130 is the laptop I was waiting for to have a truly portable computer. I almost bought the V130 until several co workers warned me that the V130  was not portable at all because you have to be chained to the electric outlet most of the time. Practicaly , it not a business laptop nor a portable laptop with such a poor battery performance.  I am surprised that Dell R&D went through the trouble of designing a thin and a beautifully shaped laptop for mobilty and portabilty and then fit it with an unacceptable battery !!!, what a waist of potentially a great product .  As a loyal Dell customer, I am painfully considering Macbook air and willing to pay more for a real batteryprotabilty . Dell is capable making it right   please do so

I am not 100% certain, but I believe battery life improvement will be seen in the successor to the current V130.
