I recently purchased black laser toner. The white label on the black packaging was correct. However the cartridge was magenta. Why not have some kind of color coding on the outside of the packaging so that one could immediately see at every level -- from the packager at your factory, to the order-picker, to the recipient -- what is actually inside. Even a color coded label would prevent this kind of mistake. Under present circumstances, one is quite unlikely to know the color of the cartridge until the protective covering has been removed. Even the present difference in the small type part number on the package does not alert one to this.
